- Utilize analytics tools to track, assess, and make data driven improvements of website content and SEO efforts
- Present regular reports to communicate performance with both AlphaGraphics centers and internal HQ teams
- Use attribution modeling and conversion metrics to demonstrate ROI
- Utilize analytics tools to track, assess, and make data driven improvements of website content and SEO efforts
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years professional experience in digital marketing, web content management, or a related role, alongside past experience with client-facing roles or customer support
- Adaptability and flexibility to quickly learn and adopt new tools, technologies, and content formats
- Open-minded, organized, attentive to detail, and able to solve problems while multitasking
- Familiarity with web analytics tools for data interpretation, e.g. Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI
- Knowledge of SEMRush, AHrefs, or similar SEO software
- Familiarity with web development and coding languages (e.g., CSS, JavaScript)
- Basic graphic design and multimedia skills
- Certifications in digital marketing or SEO (recommended, not required)
